  One of their techs caused a leak in the risers. We were flooding in our riser room from it. It was a small leak, but it was still enough to cause flooding daily. They would not come out and fix the issue that they created without me paying them to fix there mistake. This, to me, is highly unprofessional, and this company will no longer be allowed at any of my properties. I had to pay a different company to come out and fix the issue because they would never follow up or send someone out. This company is extremely expensive. More than other top quality companies who will actually fix something for free when they mess it up and are much cheaper and more reliable. This company would never schedule a time or date for work to be performed and call our property manager who is at other buildings handling scheduled contractors and repairs, and say they are there for worked and need certain things to start, unannounced and unscheduled forcing us to drop what we are doing to go get them set up and go back to our schedule. This company is not the company to hire if you need a tenant build out, service, new construction, or repairs. They are too expensive and unprofessional. No company or home owner wants to hear that you broke something while working on their property, and they have to pay to fix it. Then not even show up to do it or follow up on it.
