The young man that came was very nice and loves dogs. Bonus. He did a great job serving our unit. We have an annual contract to do that after having a new unit out in 2 years ago.

Have to say that I'm very disappointed in this provider and will be looking at going elsewhere for my services going forward.
Had some work to be done along with replacing batteries in all the smoke detectors one of which is above 16 ft (important part of the interaction). Understanding this is the holiday season and will take time to come out, we called last week to get an appointment which was set for Monday the 29th in the afternoon informing them we have one that is above that mark.
We called in the morning to check in and confirm the appointment and AGAIN let them know we had a smoke detector place on a high ceiling above 16 feet. At that time they said that they need to come and 'inspect' the ceiling to see where it was located. We let them know that they've come out previously for this exact work a few years back and they said it didn't matter. So at that point, we said we'd want to have the work all done in one day and not have to come back. They said not a problem but in order to do it, they needed to move my appointment out until the morning of the next day first thing to allow them to being the necessary equipment to get it done.
Received a call in the morning confirming our appointment and we confirmed AGAIN about the need for a ladder and the person on the other line had no idea what we were talking about. Fast forward to the appointment and after doing some work and getting to the work that needed to be done with the high ceiling, low and behold, there is nothing they can do and have to come back out to complete the work and now have said they won't be able to get back out until next week at the earliest and could not commit to a time so who knows when we'll get it completed at this point. Shame on us for paying and not holding payment until all work is done. I would recommend doing the same thing when they do the same bait and switch tactics with you. Or just going to a different provider.
I will say the electrician Alex was nice and polite and have no complains about him or his work.
I'm sure they will come on and say something about ladder policy, having to inspect, ect.. I would expect that if I was a first time customer but I'm not and we've used Milestone several times before and for this exact services I'm having issue with today. It shows how much they value their existing customer base especially after we went out of our way to set this up and be very clear about what is needed. This has soured us enough to where we'll take our services elsewhere going forward.

I use milestone for everything! They have always been quick to respond and have someone out same day. To tell you how dedicated their employees are I called Louis, who does heating/ac, after a problem with no heat on a 6 day old unit and while on vacation the man picks up and called his boss to have someone out here within a couple hours. I know of very few businesses with that type of dedication from employees. Thank you for being so good and on the ball. My ac/heat/plumbing has great warranties and you stand behind your work. Can't ask for anything more. Again, please don't let Louis go. He is the man!

Every time they come out, always explain everything they do. Great communication with texts and emails to both my wife and I. Jake was phenomenal. Even though I was not able to meet Marcus when came for HVAC assessment, he called me later and explained in detail.
Prices might be a little steep but if the company has this level of communication, explanation for what they are doing, warranty for the work they do, then it’s money well spent to care for the shelter that has been divinely provided. Appreciate you Milestone.
