  The gentleman who came out was professional, but my experience was disappointing. I called for help installing a simple floodlight by the garage. Instead of focusing on that, he immediately started recommending a complete overhaul of our electrical system, including adding a grounding rod. I had to redirect him and say, “Let’s focus on installing the light fixture—the original project.” He then quoted me $415 for the job. In the end, all we needed was an 8x32 screw. This is not the first time they’ve over-quoted me. Back in 2017, they wanted $30,000 to replace a plumbing system. I got a second opinion, and it turned out to be a $300 job. I do not recommend this company, especially for women who may not be familiar with technical jargon. It feels like dealing with a shady auto mechanic shop.

  Tyler Weidman came to my home to give me an estimate for immediate repairs to my bathroom. He was professional, thorough and explained everything in detail. When he left I understood the scope of work, price, timeline, and expectation. Cedric did the plumbing work. Knowledgeable and friendly. Great worker. He and his crew did the work then cleaned up the mess. Polite and professional.

  Jose was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would. He explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. He and his fellow associate wore shoe covers any time they were working inside and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend Jose and Milestone Electric, A/C and Plumbing.

Julio Aguilar attentively listened to my concerns and presented me with several viable options to resolve my problems. His professionalism and patience throughout my inquiries were commendable.

  We received a notice Milestone would have plumbing technicians in the area and if we need any immediate services, they would be available and also provided a discount coupon. It was catering the day when we called and thus we agreed on a next morning service call. Milestone sent a text 30 minutes prior to arriving the next morning and also were actually earlier then scheduled! The licensed plumbing technician very professionally introduced himself a Jeremy, showed his Milestone credentials ( there's a big and clean Milestone truck Identification parked outside) and described his reason being here while summarizing his work order. After politely placing shoe covers on his boots, he entered my home, listed to my service request, confirmed his professional recommendations for solutions, and worked up a full price for the solution. After agreeing to the work, Jeremy went to work and gave a a best case time for completing work. In addition he asked my Wife and I if we had any other cons while he was there and waiting. Jeremy, immediately got to work, very well organized, clean work area, with minimal disruptions in our living space. After completing work, he cleaned area and presented presented a well completed project. Jeremy even took the time to explain the 5 year warranty on service along with warranties on other projects completed by Milestone. Bottom line... My wife and I were very impressed and delighted with the overall experience. Yes, with employees like Jeremy, Milestone and its partners will always remain at the top of our service provider request list. For us, there is no one better! 😊
