She helped us select the perfect replacement flooring, explained in detail when the project would begin, what to expect during installation and an estimated time of completion. When Humberto arrived on demo day; he and his team were all friendly, and respectful of our home. They efficiently moved furniture and took great care to cover walls, cabinets, etc. to keep things tidy. Humberto worked diligently alongside his crew to complete the installation within the expected timeline and left our home exactly the way it was when they arrived (plus the beautiful new flooring!). Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. In addition to floors, they also completed updates to our kitchen and retextured/painted some areas that we needed done. I can’t recommend Bianca and Humberto enough; they are both honest, reliable, and kind. Make this the last review you read and thank me later!
