  I have been trying to call them for weeks now and I never get a voicemail or an answer and I can't seem to find any other way to get a hold of them

  They did a wonderful job installing my new system. But several years later someone ran over my septic tank and busted one of the tops. Of course I called them to come see if they could fix it. I was told they would be out in a few days. After waiting over a week I called to see if they had me scheduled. I was then yelled at and told that they would get to it and I didn't need to call back. I didn't call back and they never showed up. Now I need another system. They would be the obvious choice but I still have a busted tank years later. I need to have a company who supports their systems. Any suggestions for Fritch? Or do I take my chances.
