Legacy was our 3rd opinion and I am glad we went with them as they explained in detail & provided pictures of the leak & the game plan to fix. This was no easy task being in an older home but Eric & his team mastered it beautifully w/o being one of those companies that goes "oh by the way we also found xyz & that will be $$ more". What a relief to know we found a plumbing company we can reach back out to in the future!

uis and Jacob just finished a job that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. Aging house, tree roots, etc. They worked in the cold, pouring rain and helped me make decisions that I was nervous to make on my own about repair options. They were so very kind to me and a true blessing in a difficult situation. I will absolutely call them again. Thank you, Luis, Jacob and Legacy Plumbing!!

Ben with Legacy plumbing was knowledgeable, skilled and polite. He was able to fix my disposal quickly instead of having to replace and gave me a couple of tips for a couple of other simple plumbing issues so I wouldn’t have to replace a faucet or be charged for cleaning a drain.
So nice when service providers are honest and try to save you money.
Bacon plumbing the week before quoted me $2600 to do those same fixes that cost me only 190$ today!!!

Luke and Jacob came to replace a water shut-off valve in our bathroom, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Not only did they do an excellent job completing the repair efficiently, but they were also incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process.
They took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and even shared helpful tips on how to detect potential water leaks in the future. While Jacob was working on the valve, Luke kindly helped remove a stuck bathtub drain stopper after I mentioned the issue—something I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was their honesty and consideration. They walked me through different pricing options and helped me choose a plan that fit my budget, without any pressure. Even though I went with the lowest-cost option, they still delivered top-quality, five-star work.
Highly recommend Luke and Jacob for their skill, professionalism, and genuinely caring attitude!

We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.

Check reviews when looking for a reputable company to handle your plumbing situation/need. It wouldn't hurt if they were licensed, bonded, and insured. Ensure they carry the adequate licensing and insurance requirements for your city/state!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
