I reached out to them on Sunday and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Pervez is very helpful and explained me the nitty-gritties. I liked his service.

He based this on "evidence of black mold", warning danger to my kids' health. Of course, I sought additional expertise on this and found it to be incorrect. Note, the company owner did proactively reach out to address my negative experience, and I was impressed with how he dealt with the situation.
