He discussed what needed to be addressed short term and what could be future projects. We really appreciated his attention to detail during our plumbing inspection. He was very respectful with us and our home.

The Master Bath toilet is all set now, ready to use by tomorrow as grout needs to set...he pointed out that the tank bolts are rusted and the seal is starting to break down...we checked out the cost for a replacement dual flush tank by AquaSquare ($580). Suggested I keep a watch on the bottom of the tank for leaks...it may need to be replaced in 12-18 months. Alternatively, a whole new toilet might be the best option (Kohler - was recommended). They also replaced the feeder line to the hot water heater...old one was corroded and leaking. Robbie, you are the man to do it right...thanks for taking care of my plumbing needs.

He managed to identify a gas leak that another company could not located and helped me save from a headache, as the previous company wanted to start breaking into walls of my house. They carefully explained everything that was needed, finding an unfortunate need for a new water heater in addition to the known recirculation pump replacement we knew was a problem. I always trust this company as their solutions and pricing are transparent and fair. It is so nice to have a company I can trust and relax with rather than being on edge. I have developed a long history with Legacy and am glad I have.
- AVAnita VJDec 16, 20255.0Tankless Water heater issue - trying to get estimates to install new tankless natural gas water heater & was assigned to Technician Luis Mena who called to make sure we were home and arrived punctually on the time he mentioned. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable who did not rush into selling the product, instead patiently explained and looked at our existing heater and suggested alternatives to make sure we were not rushing into buying a new one. Who does that nowadays!! Luis was very honest and upfront about every detail & answered the zillion queries I had researched without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend Legacy plumbing knowing they have such wonderful technicians like Luis Men’s who are not rushing into making sales commissions but actually care to take time and explaining customers to make sound decisions. BTW - Legacy Plumbing quote was the most reasonable with the latest model tankless heater compared to the other companies who tried to sell their brand or an older model with high quotes. We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.

Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.

We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
