If you’re looking for an honest plumbing company, you can absolutely trust legacy. I had a broken shower valve in my master bedroom, and instead of replacing the entire valve and cutting open the sheet rock, legacy was able to Rebuild the valve saving me labor, and cost of A new shower valve. The technician provided photos and did an excellent job. They have an Impressive staff along with one hell of a Master plumber who will get the job!

Celled Legacy Plumbing last night and scheduled a 2 - 4 pm visit for today. I was notified via text and phone call when tech was on the way. About 3:00 Luke and Ben got here. They were both VERY professional and friendly. They reviewed the work that needed to be done and quickly tackled the job. Afterwards, they cleaned the equipment, mopped the floor! and removed the "Do not flush" sign that was posted above non functioning urinal. They also reviewed other stalls and provided a no pressure quote to get my business back up and going. These guys are very professional and I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Thank you Luke and Ben.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to Wayne and Cameron for their fantastic work installing our new tankless water heater! I live in a 67 year old pier and beam house.Wayne Pierce and Cameron Smith came to my house to repair a water leak and complete replacement of a cast iron sewer system under my house. The water leak had been going a month before I discovered it with 100,000 gallons of water running under the house. Water bill was $1,242.00. The city reduced the price by $500.00. The cast iron sewer line was completely gone with raw sewerage under the house. Wayne and Cameron worked under horrible conditions to make my repairs. They were the best Professional teams that have ever worked on my plumbing. They kept me informed about everything that needed to be done and any changes that would add to the cost. The job took 5 days. They were very clean with their work with floors covered from the front entrance to entrance access under the house. They even cleaned the floors with a spray solution when they finished. They removed a very large amount of plumbing trash from under the house that plumbers had left from past jobs. Having lived in the house for 38 years and being 78 years old, I was under great stress from the plumbing situation. The good work and communication from Wayne and Cameron helped me get through the stress. The cost of the job was very fair. Thank you Wayne and Cameron. I will call Legacy Plumbing again.

Brandon Blake spent the entire day replacing all (9) of our old water shut-off valves, our outdoor water box, a vacuum breaker and also clearing a slow bathtub drain. Everything was done to perfection and he and his assistant, Jacob, left our house cleaner than when they arrived. On a scale from 1 to 10 the work Brandon completed ranked a 15. .We have been in this house for 47 years and had not replaced any of the shutoffs so they were all frozen. Superb work all around. Legacy Plumbing has been our top choice for many years now. Highly recommended!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Oklahoma so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.

We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
