    We had a great experience with Flooring Source from start to finish. Alex Ingham was especially helpful—he came out to our home, took precise measurements, and helped guide us through the process with clear communication. The installation team did an excellent job, completing everything in a timely manner and even offering helpful advice on how best to carpet the four steps leading to our gameroom. After installation, we noticed our doors were dragging slightly due to the height of the new carpet. Alex went above and beyond by connecting us with a cabinet worker who was also able to trim the doors—problem solved quickly and professionally. We chose the Shaw TruSplendor Carpet in the color Mist. It's incredibly soft and comfortable underfoot, though it does show footprints and vacuum lines more than I expected. That’s more of a characteristic of the carpet itself rather than an issue with Flooring Source, so no complaints there. Overall, the service was excellent, the team was knowledgeable and courteous, and we’re very happy with the final result. I would absolutely recommend Flooring Source to anyone looking for quality carpet and great customer care.

    Very informative at first, communication was there. Once payment went thru and floor install scheduled. Installation was quick, and contractors were communicative, but after Never heard from the flooring source again, to see how it was going, let alone to follow up if we were satisfied with the install or if there was any issues. I’m sure my info is in the files from December. Almost a year and no follow up.
