- TMTy MiyaharaDec 10, 20255.0Robby and Jordan came and advised me on a decision where I wanted to get a whole house water softener and a tankless water heater. I did not realize that electric tankless water heaters were unreliable and had sediment issues, I also did not realize a water softener system required an external water loop which is very expensive to install. Robby recommended installing a descaler to my water heater which would reverse the calcium deposits in my plumbing and he installed it the day of his visit...an alternative that I am sure was much cheaper. I appreciate the time he took to show me and explain to me everything that he was doing. I would definitely use 72Degrees again for my plumbing needs.
