  If you need foundation repair, you can’t do better than Texas Foundation Experts. Ben, Katy, and Oscar did a great job at our house. In and out in a day. Did exactly what they promised at a very competitive price and left our property just as they found it. I highly recommend this company.

  Excellent work by Heath, Oscar and their team. From initial conversation thru foundation repair and to final inspection reports, Texas Foundation Experts was easy to work with and did everything on time, within the price we agreed, and with fantastic customer service. I rarely go public with recommendations, but this one was an exception. Well done to the Texas Foundation Expert team. This customer was very satisfied.

  I have never left a review for someone that told me I did not need his services, but I felt compelled to for many reasons. Firstly, Heath Jennings came Highly recommended to me by another trusted person ( someone expert in gutters that was working in my house). Secondly, I was having water damage in the wooden floors in one bedroom and didn’t know the source. Plumbers had come by and no source was found. An engineer had even come by and said water damage was from chronic moisture from walls, which did not really make sense. Roof was checked, gutters checked. I called Heath just in case it was a drainage issue. Heath came over to the house and in a few seconds knew immediately I did not need French drains to help solve the problem I was having. He could have easily sold me a product I did not need, but engaged with integrity and honesty. He then asked me if I wanted him to see what was going on inside the house. Given that for 3 months no good cause was found, I was grateful another set of eyes could take a look. And also thankful since he really could have just gone home when he knew I didn’t need his services. He probably saw how distraught I was! Once inside, he saw where water damage was, and the first thing he asked was if a sewer test was done for any leaks. I said I did request one initially and plumber did not think it necessary. He said that based on what he was seeing, that was the first thing he would have checked. I called the plumbers again, test was done, and two leaks were found in sewer system. Now we can finally fix the problem and stop losing sleep over this. I can recommend Heath based on his character and knowledge of houses! And if any of my friends need French drains or foundation repairs, I will not hesitate to send them his way. Thank you Heath!!!

  These guys did a great job! From start to finish I couldn’t be more pleased. Repaired my foundation and were able to save me some money as well. They even put the landscaping back! Recommend highly!

  Ben Lord, owner of Texas Foundation Experts, absolutely earned my highest recommendation. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was there to *help*, not to sell. He spent nearly **two full hours** thoroughly inspecting both the interior and exterior of my home — at **no charge** — and never once pressured me or tried to upsell unnecessary work. What truly stood out was his integrity. After a detailed evaluation, he actually told me that I **did not need foundation repairs.** Instead of trying to convince me to buy piers or expensive services like many other companies do, he offered practical **drainage improvement suggestions** that would help prevent future issues. He took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, walking through the reasoning step-by-step. I had several other companies come out before him, and nearly all of them immediately pushed costly pier installations — $500–$600 per pier — without the level of analysis Ben provided. Ben was the only one who genuinely analyzed the home as a whole and focused on what was *actually necessary*, not what would make him the most money. It’s rare to find someone in this industry with this level of professionalism and integrity. I honestly didn’t know people like this still existed. If you’re concerned about your foundation, **call Ben first.** You’ll get an honest assessment, real expertise, and zero pressure.
