- KMKeith MestasApr 9, 20262.0Terrible buying experience. I bought a 2022 sany SY35U from this location back in February. It had been the hardest sale I have ever dealt with. Not only do I get little to no communication, I have been waiting for over a month for an answer on the issues. Was told it came with an 18 inch bucket I got a 12, had a brown latch and was told I’d hear from the service manager. I did and he promised to get back to me about the door latch and broken plastic cover on the joystick. I’ve called and text and can’t get a call back. Senovio was my sales rep, nice guy but needs guidance on how to have much better customer service. It’s almost 2 months later and I still don’t have answers. The machine is nice it’s just a few issues that I was told opposite so I highly recommend dealing with somebody else that will give better customer services. See screen shot conversations. I have a 2 star cause the machine for the most part is decent, but the customer service is a 1 star at best. I own a lot of equipment and this is one of the worst I’ve dealt with.
