  Larry and Jr. were great, my only disappointment was the bill $370.00 to install a Temperature & Pressure release value total time on the job 2 hours. That just seems a little high.

  I called and spoke with Jessica about a sound coming from my toilet because I thought I had a leak. Even though I am not in the HAT service area she still helped me troubleshoot the issue and helped me understand what the problem is and how to fix the issue! How many companies would do that? Top notch Hat Plumbing!

  Not even owned my house 1 year before the hot water went kaput. I called roto rooter’s, the guy was rude, clearly didn’t want to be here- took 1 second to look before saying I needed a new one. Quoted me $3500 but then said, but that’s for a first floor installation, for 2nd floor, 2 guys- you’re looking at $4800. Hat saved me $2800 and not only that, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves and fast!! These guys know what they’re doing. Will be going with Hat for all my plumbing needs moving forward

  Shawn was amazing! While nobody enjoys paying for plumbing, it’s a relief to work with someone you can trust. Shawn explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. We needed extensive work, and Hat Plumbing was wonderful from start to finish. They are officially our first call for plumbing, heating, and air in Mansfield.
