Parked right next to my brand new truck and cut the straps loose and let it fall into the side of my truck damaging a light. The driver got extremely belligerent and threatened me as I was walking away. I called there office and talked to a manager who denied it, (according to his driver) and pretty much blew me off. The pipe was on a Ferguson truck and had not been signed for, Ferguson is responsible for my truck damage and the threatening actions of there employee. An employee who does not represent them very well at all. I'll await your response....
