I’m giving four stars only because of the building and the traffic. I agree with previous posts, it’s not built for 18 wheeler traffic. It’s perfect for box trucks. I arrived at 0630 for an 0700 delivery and they were loading up the box trucks. I was next after the box trucks. There was another 18 wheeler in front of me on the street. That truck was parked across from Champion taking a 10 hour break. I had to maneuver around that truck while watching cars trying to pass me while backing into the dock. 33rd street is a speedway as everyone it seemed used it to cut over to Sylvania St or I35. They had me back into the dock closest to the fence. Staff here is super friendly and will unload you quickly. To get here, take I35W north and exit 54A. Stay on feeder and cross over railroad tracks at NE 33rd street. Park on street to check in office. Just a suggestion, move the 18 wheeler appointments to early morning (midnight to 4am) to help alleviate with street congestion issues.

Their box truck driver can't drive. Blocked 2 lanes on the ramp instead of letting people merge. Almost caused a wreck.

I am posting regarding the quality and heart of Champion's workers. I drove over something the other day and popped my tire. I was on my way to a meeting, so I was in dress clothes. I pulled over and started the process of changing my tire. At least 100 cars had to have passed me and no one stopped to help. The guys from Champion insulation did not pass me up like everyone else. They stopped and finished changing my tire for me out of the kindness of their heart. I was obviously capable, but slightly hampered by heels and dress slacks. They never once made me feel like I was helpless or dumb. I will definitely consider this company in the future if I need spray insulation services. Thank you Campion for the kindness of your workers.
