I use to love purchasing parts and equipment from here, but the past year it seems that they have been hiring people that lack the attitude and wherewithal of what it is to provide customer service and how to read a room. I will actively let others know not to pursue Trane equipment due to terrible customer service I received today that solidified that Trane no longer takes care of their contractors. I’d like to put an emphasis on the branch manager to the front clerk Logan for dropping the ball today.
