Robby Dollar was our technician and he was very thorough. While Robby was at the home we had some billing questions and he was very patient while the office and I worked through them. I will definitely be using them again!

I came across strickland heating and air and set up an appt for someone to come check my hvac system today. Robby Dollar came out in a timely matter and on short notice. I told him my issue and he got to work inspecting the hvac unit. He discovered the cause of the smell was coming from the electrical disconnect box. Some wires had burned and it needed to be replaced. I also need a good duct cleaning but I did not get that done today. Overall, my main issue regarding the smell was resolved. Thanks Robby and Strickland co.
