  We had a major AC failure this week and Strickland Heating & Air absolutely earned our trust through the entire process. Our outside unit stopped running, and after diagnosing the system they found severe coil blockage that had caused extreme strain on the system and ultimately damaged multiple components. Given the age of the unit, replacement was the smartest option. Their team explained everything clearly, showed us exactly what was happening, and never pressured us — just honest, professional guidance. During the installation, they discovered mold on the plenum and asked permission before going further. Once in the attic, they documented several ductwork issues (disconnected ducts, missing insulation, and condensation problems) that were allowing conditioned air to escape into the attic. They took photos, walked me through everything, and fixed the problems correctly instead of cutting corners. What stood out most was their transparency and professionalism. Communication was excellent, the crew was respectful of our home, and they made sure we understood both the problem and the solution every step of the way. AC replacements are never fun, but Strickland made a stressful situation manageable. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing honest HVAC work done right.

  Jeremy is the owner and one of the nicest people you ever want to meet. He came to my home the Friday before Christmas and looked at my unit I told him the torment I had gone through with other ac companies. His response was try us I did Austin Nelson Alexis Rafael and Robby just left my house with a brand-new ac installed. Five minutes after they left and my house is already cold like I like it. I am a customer for life. they took the time to do everything right and then explain to me what they did and how. They also showed me things I can do if I need to in an emergency. This has been a complete pleasure from first speaking with Britney to saying good bye to Austin as they left me with a MUCH better ac unit then I had before. Thank all of you so much for the wonderful job you did

  Our system went out on Sunday, and I called on Monday around noon. Within 30 minutes, they had someone at our home, which was incredibly impressive. After evaluating the situation, we learned we needed a new system. Since we were at work, the technician returned later that evening so we could discuss everything in person. He thoroughly explained all of our options and allowed us to decide what worked best for our family—no pressure at all. We signed the paperwork, and they were back the very next day for installation. Austin handled the install, and he was there all day—from 9:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.—making sure everything was done right. He answered every question we had and was extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. Because it got too chilly to properly finish charging the system, Austin came back the next day after we got off work and even waited for us when we were running late. When I had an issue with the new thermostat, he quickly resolved it without hesitation. He was incredibly friendly and even took the time to listen to and answer my son’s questions. We truly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their responsiveness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
