  I have been a customer of SCM for a while now and though I am not a big business, I have spent a few grand there. The products I have purchased (Sandy Spoil Mix, top soil, gravel, etc) are very good. The ladies in the back office are always courteous. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jesus Aljure. He was very polite with me and my wife, helped us order the proper amount of material and showed empathy and caring when we voiced concern about the delivery fees. (We consistently pay large fees for deliveries to go through Lake Worth when we live 1/4 mile away. The trucks simply hang a left and get to our home quickly; which they are not supposed to do). Anyway, Jesus is an asset to your company, as is his young co-worker who was working with him on 12-16-25. These guys give me faith in the younger generation!

  So, I am in sales and working with suppliers, SERVICE is as important, if not MORE important than the materials. This is especially true when there is an issue or delay. I am a customer of Silver Creek and have been for about 18 months now. It’s a great place, and I’ve taken several folks there to buy direct. Mostly, I’ll have a contractor pick up for me, or I’ll buy some bags cause it’s easy (Bulk is way cheaper if you need a lot!) … They will even tell you that! They are big on doing the RIGHT thing for their customers. They take a long-term attitude to doing good business. So, today is the first time I’ve scheduled them for a delivery. Let’s just say there was an account/paperwork ‘SNAFU’, and when I did not hear from them by ~12:30 I thought I better call, as they close @ 1:00. Glad I did. They had set up another account, and it had an error in the number and e-mail. Bummer. It was close to closing time…. They could have said “sorry about that, we’ll call on Monday”. But here’s the deal. They didn’t. Irma worked to recall a driver and Josh stepped up to manage the process. When I let them know that I had scheduled a crew to come out Sunday early to spread the dirt, they jumped into action. The made things happen fast. This is a testament to how they handle service and support. I was a bit disappointed at first, cause the contractor I am using wanted/needed the extra work. It’s the holidays, and $$ is tight for everyone. But they solved that ASAP. Silver Creek Materials for the Win! Also; many thanks to Senor' Sigala of Sigla's Trucking for a PRO DELIVERY! Thank you to the quick action of Josh, Irma, the driver & loader, and the entire Silver Creek Crew. They pulled this off ASAP! If you’ve never looked at everything they do, and what they sell, it’s a treat. Well, to me anyway. It’s a cool place to go visit if you care about your yard/lawn, landscaping, or if you are a gardener. Especially if you are a gardener! They are the place to go. I can tell you that with certainty. They are the biggest/best in DFW, and they have what I believe is the absolute best soil for gardening. Bella Flora. Pro Tip: If you visit them in person, when leaving, take the time to go into Fort Worth on Jacksboro Highway (199) into Fort Worth, take a right on University and a left on White Settlement. About 2 miles down on the right is Angelo’s BBQ. Order a “Lean, sliced all the way with cheddar cheese’ and enjoy some world class BBQ. Thank you to the team @ Silver Creek!

  Los precios y la atención a clientes son excelentes lo unico malo es que en estos últimos dias el sitio donde se tira la basura de roofing es demasiado feo y peligroso Es algo incomodo y con poco espacio para dar vuelta con la troca y la traila, prácticamente ay que subir dar vuelta y quedar en bajada y después girar la traila de reversa para arriba eso es algo incómodo y peligroso ya que es subida y la tierra es suelta las llantas de las trocas solo se deslizan por que es tierra suelta y eso es peligroso y estrésante ojalá y pronto lo solucionen y seleccionen otro lugar mas accesible para tirar la basura y que no sea tan complicado y peligroso
