- AMA MartinezJan 5, 20265.0This is my first interaction with J Bell’s team and overall, it was a great experience. My 10+ years old irrigation system started giving me problems in 2 zones for around 6 months - The company I’ve worked with for the last 3 years came 3 times and we tried out multiple solutions (~$2000) but we could not find the root cause of the issue and the repairs only lasted a few weeks. In desperation (and exasperation!), I called J Bell right before XMas - no expectations really. The receptionists promptly booked me for a same day afternoon appointment - the crew arrived on time and I took them through the history of the issue and gave them all the info I had on my system. Within 1 hour, the technicians confirmed the issue AND found the root cause! They used the same type of equipment BUT, in J Bell’s case, they knew what to do!. They fixed the problem that same afternoon, cleaned up and the system is back to normal. After they finished, they ran a quick test of all the other zones and fixed some nozzles that I wasn’t aware needed to be replaced…. I’m regretful of not having called J Bell 6 months! Yes, J Bell has earned my business and I will use them to service my system for many years to come. thank you!

He did an assignment of my system and determined that the old controller was for working. He was able to install a new controller with added wifi connectivity. So I can now control my yard sprinklers and add water to my pool when I'm out of town. Based on my experience, I highly recommend J Bell sprinkler service
