This is not to say the others were not as good, but budget wise, informative of each step that would be needed, set up of appointment, rapid response from the company and feeling confidence in their knowledge and experience determined my choice of JB Foundation. The work began as scheduled, JB was present on all three days, initial day we walked through the house, he asked if I had any concerns throughout the project, explained what and why of the process. Any change that needed to be done ( extra beam) was explained before added at an extra within the budget charge. That extra beam really made a difference. The crew was diligent, clean up daily, professional and lived up to the standards of the owner, JB. Cracks, of course, appeared but in places where cracks had been patched up before, so not totally unexpected. I highly recommend JB Foundation if you are in the market for foundation repair.
