    The customer service from Donna (Warranty) with Landsea Homes was outstanding. She was responsive, attentive, and helpful in solving my issue. Donna took the time to thoroughly explain the process step by step. She made sure I completely understood what was going on and what was to happen. Her patience was very soothing for me (first time home owner). She was professional, knowledgeable, and super sweet! My issue was resolved in a matter of days. Donna reached out to me immediately to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Issue resolved!! My experience with Donna was TOP NOTCH!!
