- AMArturo MartinezSep 25, 20251.0If I could leave no stars for the customer service that this guy provided to me I would. I came in there this morning purchased a motor. I specifically ask for the return policy so I would make sure that I was OK to return the motor if I didn’t need it.. turns out I did not need it I took it back, and this guy proceeds to insult me and tell me that i couldn’t return it that the motor was installed which it was NOT he proceeds to racial profile me tell me that he was weary as soon as I walked in the door before I purchased the product and asked for the return policy . He continued to tell me that next time I should hire somebody that knows what they’re doing. This guy needs to be moved from the front desk at least ASAP because he does not need to be working customer service. This was my first time being in this store and it was definitely not a good experience. He also told me that he shouldn’t have sold me the motor in the first place because I didn’t have an account with them which I don’t know if that’s really Ferguson‘s policy, but at the end of the day, if he knew that he should not have sold me that motor that is on him. Again this Guy does not need to be working the front desk at all.
- 111717RCFlyerJul 8, 20225.0It’s 100 + outside. All AC business are booked up for days. Of corse my upper AC unit went on the blink. Did some reading and went to get the parts. Ferguson was the closest business. The person helping me was Franklin Martinez. He was very helpful and got the right parts and a reasonable price. A big Thank you to him for getting us all cooled off. Ha. Thank you.
