Just got last bill and over $400 for a oil change. Used to be $200 range. Bill has a $135 charge for picking up parts and travel to my shop. Are you kidding, your service techs should have the parts, maybe begin at your location. I could have walked and gotten them for a $.05 I guess they need to justify there charges but seriously.
