What about my lawn service scheduling?
It is recommended to have your scheduled Backyard Butler service scheduled after your lawn service for a sparkling clean patio area.
I have a community gate, a property gate, or an alarm system. What do I do on days when my butler visits?
If we are entering your property and it has a security system, please provide us with the access codes or steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Last minute cancellations and cancellations within 24hrs of the visit will incur a $125 charge.
