  We recently purchased a home in March. We are first time home buyers and worked with Demi throughout the process. She was quick to respond to questions and very informative. Tommy, our builder was very thorough and met the deadlines through our closing timeline. It was a great experience working with both of them, would highly recommend.

  Poor workmanship and lackluster fixes. Update 6/25/2025: Follow up now that I am out of warranty period. Yard has been continuous issues. The people they sent to fix the bad drainage didn't resolve the issue at all. Half the sprinkler heads were so low that they got buried under the grass requiring extensions. Valve boxes also completely buried. Yard was also an uneven mess and I have been gradually trying to raise up low spots. Concrete is full of holes that opened up from dirt in the mix. One room in the house was not properly vented and overheats in the summer. Update 6/20/2023: Raised to 2 star since the builder contacted me to resolve the issue with the floor. Shame the process had so much pushback. Currently in the process of fixing the drainage issue. Note for future buyers: photograph every wall and floor on the day of your closing. You never know what your eyes glance over that may have been missed like in my case. Be extra thorough on inspecting any homes bought here. After closing, I found the flooring had water damage and wall tile with a decent chunk chipped off. Contract states they do not cover any damages after closing. Bathroom countertop had a gouge they filled with epoxy but were too lazy to smooth off or remove air bubbles, so it's now a bulge with rough dimples. Side flashing was bare, so they used calking to glue a piece of metal on and then crumpled another piece around the corner to cover it up. The lot has poor drainage and sits as a swamp on the sides. Confirmed with my neighbor(same builder) that his house had the same drainage issues. The kitchen sink faucet line was wrapped around the drain pipe so that the cord could not be pulled. As an extra bonus, their response to having dirty paint in the garage was to use a power washer and cause moisture to penetrate the drywall. Their solution was to paint over everything which just resulted in peeling paint due to moisture in the walls.
