We attempted to pay several times and turned away each time. 1st time we couldn’t pay over phone, 2nd time were told no cash, third time were told it wasn’t the right time even though there sign said 4pm was the cutoff time and I showed up at 3:45pm, 4th time the persons ID was expired for a couple weeks. I understand that there are rules to follow but when your in business but usually getting paid for material is one of the most important if not the most important concerns, and here they were more concerned with looking at their computers and being rude than providing customer service. This was very poor judgment on the company to have such a low class person upfront turning potential customers away. Shameful
