I was told I’d receive a call to get on the calendar, but that never happened. Disappointing, especially since their website and services are exactly what I was looking for. It may be a capacity issue or service area limitation, but the lack of communication made it impossible to move forward. I was referred by another local home service provider, so I’m not sure where the breakdown occurred, but something clearly did.

Do you offer window cleaning?
Yes, we provide window cleaning services. For best results, we suggest scheduling your initial window cleaning after your first comprehensive patio clean-up. Please be aware that Backyard Butler is not liable for pre-existing damages, including broken glass, screen issues, or window operational problems. We will document these during the free quote assessment and at the start of your scheduled service.
How can I reschedule a cleaning?
For rescheduling, please call us at (817) 888-8439. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred day and time, but we can't guarantee availability before a specific date. In case of bad weather, we may need to cancel services for safety reasons. While we'll try to reschedule promptly, we can't guarantee your preferred date will be available.
What if bad weather is forecasted on my cleaning day?
We monitor Texas weather closely and will communicate with you about potential weather events. We'll provide options to cancel, reschedule, or proceed with your service based on the forecast. If you choose to proceed, our team will work to complete the service safely. However, we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. While we'll try to reschedule quickly, we can't guarantee your preferred date will be available.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
We do have a cancellation policy in place. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled visit, a $125 fee will be applied.
