- HLHalen LouroJan 10, 20261.0No community laws about rentals in place and the builders currently run the gateway parks hoa in Forney. Our community has been riddled with crime now that 1 in 4 homes are renters. The Forney city council has prevented them from building further in our neighborhood for this very reason. I hope they’re hemorrhaging money while our home values suffer.
