  After a harrowing experience with Reliant AC, one of my clients referred me over to Jon at Bragg HVAC. Jon was very thorough and went over our entire system very carefully. What was originally bid as a full replacement on a 9 year old system (to the tune of $21k), turned out to be a clog, new thermostat and part replacement costing about $2200. This was over a year ago that we first had Jon come out - he now services our rental properties and our primary residence. Jon is professional, upfront and more interested in having your AC work as long as possible, with no frills or fluff charges built in. He's a definite recommend, especially coming from a seasoned Realtor.

  Woke up on a Saturday morning to a hot house so called a few places hoping to get a call back. Bragg Mechanical quickly called back and was able to come out in about an hour. The name of the guy who showed up was Jon and he was very friendly yet professional- he explained likely causes and what he was testing. After that, the needed part was replaced and I was back up and running. All around excellent service… definitely recommend!!!
