    Young families - BEWARE! Beazer will structure your purchase agreement to protect themselves and remove any contingency clauses. INSIST on a contingency clause if you need to sell your house! If you are unable to sell, they will keep your deposit. They DO NOT care about you and your family, they only care about the money. GET A REALTOR before you sign anything and INSIST on a contingency clause. Don't fall for the nice sales talk! They DO NOT care about you.
