  All I can say is Wow. I called Tier- One Electric and spoke with Caleb from a referral of a neighbor. I had been gone from the house with a medical only to arrive home with an emergency situation. I had a tree that had fallen and pulled the lead wire from the electric pole and the line pole and meter box from the home. I had a live wire now on the ground across my backyard. This was a mess. I was literally in shock. I called Oncor and didn’t even know where to begin after this. Caleb with his ever- calming nature took complete control of the situation. I called him at 3pm and he had the permit, electric power turned off, all work sit up for the next morning, and inspection set up for the next day. This took place all before 5pm. The team arrived on time the next morning exactly as I was told and took care of what was needed before the inspection at 9:30. The work was then completed with precision and perfection. Caleb, has to be the most organized person I know and treats one as if family. Caleb and his team turned this nightmare into a great experience. It is his commitment to customers, his work ethic, his kindness and expertise that sets this company apart. This along with his more than fair pricing. I wish all companies had the qualities such as this. In today’s world, this type of service is a rarity which bears recognition. I will hold a lifelong loyalty and a customer for life with Tier-One and look forward to using them for all of my electrical. I am very grateful to Caleb and his team for such outstanding professionalism and making this a great experience. Should you have any electrical needs please call them. They will not disappoint.   Great job by Caleb and Elijah today. Fast response on a text message this morning to see if they were available. During the return call Caleb was able to give us an estimated charge for the work we needed done and was able to fit us in within a few hours. They texted when they were on their way, were polite and respectful when they arrived, explained what they were going to do and completed the work in less than 30 minutes for the price quoted. They also moved our ladders back into our garage which was a big help to my husband with a bad back. It is always so refreshing to find quality electricians who are honest, professional. and do great work for a fair price. We now have our new electricians in our contact information in our phone. Thank you both. We are grateful for your skills!

  Tier One Electric is a great company to work with. Highly recommended for any home electrical needs! They delivered high-quality work, explained everything clearly, and were friendly and professional throughout.   Got a weird quote from a very well known electrical company locally. They came back and doubled their estimate without good enough of an explanation so my husband and I wanted a second opinion. Called Caleb at Tier-One and he was so honest and his team did the job and beat out the other estimate by a lot. They weren’t the fastest due to being a smaller company but he rearranged the best he could to get our job done sooner and I’m so glad we waited! Very professional, respectful and polite! Thank you so much- we highly recommend!!

  Tier-One Electric did a great job installing my new EV Wallbox charger. I first found Caleb through Google reviews and filled out the form on his website on a Saturday. He responded the same day, while other companies either replied days later or never responded at all. From start to finish, Caleb was very responsive, easy to schedule with, and great to work with. He’s courteous, professional, and has the kind of quiet confidence that shows he really knows his craft. He also offered a few helpful suggestions without being pushy. The installation went exactly as he estimated, the work was neat and clean, and he left everything spotless. He even packed my old charger neatly into the new box so I could easily pass it along. Excellent experience. I’d definitely recommend Caleb and Tier-One Electric.
