- JBJoey BurdaDec 17, 20255.0This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used Absolute, the last time was to replace my water heaters. They were out same day, and within 4-5 hours had picked up new water heaters and had them installed. Didn't miss one hot shower:) Today's issue was a bit more critical as we identified a gas leak in the attic, Atmos came out and shut things down and told me the steps. I was a bit worried about how long we would be without gas (hot water and heating) since this is the cooler part of the year. I called Absolute, the tech was at my front door before Atmos had even left. He had to go back and get the pressure gauges needed for testing and quoted me the price. They take care of the pressure testing, permits, and getting the city to come out and do the inspection so the gas company will turn it on. Here it is, 1:51pm and they fixed my leak, had the inspector out (Flower Mound is fast!) and the report has been sent to Atmos so they can come out and turn the gas back on. Can't say how much I recommend this company, fast, friendly, and always do great work.

Everything about the experience was great - solid communication, friendly & knowledgeable techs, reasonable price (for plumbing work, at least), and no unexpected detours along the way.
