  I have used Absolute Plumbing for many years. They have replaced water heaters in my home (and have done the every 3+ year water heater checkup/draining), they have replaced undersink builder grade plumbing lines, installed new sinks, dishwasher & hookups, and replaced external leaky faucets. I don't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

  We scheduled a call on Sunday evening on the website. I was called shortly after 8:00am on Monday and the plumber was there around 10:00. Larry did an excellent job and was very friendly. I would recommend Absolute Plumbing and will use them in the future.

  I called Absolute Plumbing for a leak detection. Office person was very friendly and understanding, listened to my issue and quickly identifed and efficiently scheduled an appointment that fit into my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and explained everything clearly. He was friendly, personable and got the job done efficiently. I appreciated the prompt service and professional manners from booking to the payment step. Price was fair for work comleted. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will be my go-to plumber for any service call going forward.

  5 stars – Absolute Plumbing saved the day in our household during the latest winter freeze. There was a suspicious gas odor in our house near an outdoor fireplace, so we had called the gas company to come investigate. They couldn't find the issue, although they tested that there was a leak, so they shut down our gas and told us to call a plumber. Completely panicked, I called Absolute Plumbing and within an hour they had a technician at our house. Anthony was spectacular in every way: assessed the situation, found the leak and repaired it, and waited at our house until the city came to certify the repair. He even helped me shovel the snow off our doorstep while he was waiting for the city! Everything was done efficiently, and he made it so simple to get our request for heat/hot water back within 5 hours of the initial call. (Atmos took another 5 hours to do their part, but that's another story!) I will not hesitate to call Absolute with any plumbing need in the future.

  After a long string of disappointing experiences with other plumbers, our trust was pretty much gone. Absolute Plumbing completely restored our confidence, and we can honestly say we will never use another plumbing company again. Zane was our technician, and he was exceptional in every possible way. He didn’t just fix our issues, he went above and beyond at every step. When we had trouble receiving emails, he personally called us and even brought printed copies of all receipts, quotes, and repair details so we were never left in the dark. That level of care is almost unheard of these days. We needed several repairs, including a tub spout diverter, a new shower cartridge, and a valve replacement. Zane came to our home three separate times to make sure everything was done perfectly. Each visit, he was respectful, kind, and incredibly generous with his time. Zane even took his shoes off to protect our new carpet. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. Most importantly, he charged a very fair price for all the work he did, especially considering the amount of effort and professionalism he brought to the job. Absolute Plumbing, and especially Zane, exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for honesty, skill, and genuine kindness, this is the company you want. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
