- JSJason SchnitzlerMay 5, 20215.0Super friendly people. I've had them do several projects for me and they are always quick to arrive, do fantastic work, and have reasonable pricing. I have friends that are electricians and I'd still call these folks first.

Very sad that they have the Monopoly and they behave the way they do. The lady who answered the phone was nice at least. That's about it. Yes our warranty was up and yes they did it for free, but we were expecting to pay anyway. My main grievance is that no one called before they showed up. My 88 yr old grandmother on oxygen and my retired mother were not able to prepare appropriately. They have dogs so it was chaotic as soon as they doorbell was rang. If someone had called even at the last minute when they were outside parked on the street that would have been beneficial.
