  The gentleman named Oliver came out to my property and addressed the issue in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, replacing one valve and barely checking the system cost over $400 which is outrageous when it took him 30 minutes to replace the valve. I understand there’s travel involved and he and his assistant are hourly paid. I understand But over $400 is outrageous. Would do business with them again, but I would definitely make sure that I’m not overcharged.

  Jose and Alex arrived on time and found the system problem and proceeded to repair it quickly. The repair cost was fair and reasonable. Alex and Jose also found a buried sprinkler head that several companies had missed on previous inspections. I highly recommend J Bell ; they know what they are doing and there is no upsell, just straight up service.

  Julio came to my home with a helper. They were both very pleasant. Great people skills. They inspected my whole system, found a few issues. He gave me a very fair price to repair the issues, so I told him to get it done. Apparently two hours later he had finished the repairs and took me on a walk around the property to verify the repairs. I watched them do the work, so I know it was done properly. Thank you Julio for doing it right!!

  When I called J Bell Services Rodrigo answered the phone. He was most helpful in setting up an appointment and checked in with me the day before the appointment to verify that they were coming. Ryan and Alex were Awesome! Very professional, vey polite and nice, and very informative about what needed to be done. They showed me what needed to be done and then when they were finished they walked me through everything they repaired. I highly recommend J Bell Services! Five Stars from Start to Finish!

  We had our water sprinklers serviced by J Bell and the guys did a great job! Both Ryan and Alex were professional, on time, and were able to repair the water sprinklers! They pointed out that some of the heads were not properly distributing water onto the grass. There were some minor issues after the repair of the water sprinklers, the landscape light did not work properly. After contacting the office, they had the guys come back to fix it. I appreciate their efforts on maintaining a good business and integrity. I absolutely will use J Bell again for any future work!
