They have not even sent anyone out to look at it after multiple attempts at trying to have our lifetime warranty siding replaced where it is cracked as well as a window that fogs up reinstalled. They do not support their warranty. Edit: We left a message and have received no call back. What number should I be calling?

I learned so much today and I appreciate Justin‘s authenticity, his candor, his integrity and honesty. I’m at the point in my life where I’m trying to make a decision whether I stay in my home or sell it because I’m close to retirement but I will say if I decide to do windows, based on my experience with Justin, I would definitely give him my business.

I appreciated his ability to interpret what I was looking for and willing or not willing to invest in. He is one of the few folks who I felt was able to be honest with me about my expectations and whether or not it was a good fit. So many people talk in circles and then you wait days for a quote. He was able to cut to the chase to asses what I was willing to invest in. And after a long day he had me laughing which someone needs when taking on a costly home project.
