  Henry’s is prompt and does great work. My pipes were stopped up to the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. We have used Henry’s for toilet repair, A/C, heater leaking pipes. We are very happy about the services we receive from Henry’s

  Bad communication and lack of customer service. My husband had used them for issues at his work so we decided to try them for a home issue since he had an existing relationship. We used them in 2023 for a leak we had in front of our home. They came out to fix the issue but the exact same issue happened in 2025. When I called Eva to discuss the issue initially before service, she rudely said there was no warranty, which I understood. I Had the impression she thought I was trying to ask her for something for free. I tried to be nice back and I told her I completely understand and I did not expect them to come out to fix the issue for free and asked for a quote for some additional services while they were here. The gentleman came out to fix the issue never providing a quote for the service done or for the additional work that I had requested. I called Eva to follow up and she seemed annoyed, she put the gentleman that fixed the issue on the phone and it seems that he actually came out the first time back in 2023. The gentleman did say that he should’ve replaced a valve and some other items, but he replaced them this time. I really wish we would’ve been given the option the first time to replace the items so we didn’t have to pay more than double to get this repair done. To top it off, the gentleman said that he would come back to complete The additional WORK requested and after a week and a half he never came and again I did not receive a follow up call. I had to follow up and just cancel the service. My husband and I will not be using them in the future due to the big lack of communication And the customer service that we received considering we were existing clients. I am giving them two stars because my husband did say that they did provide quotes before service for the service they did at his work But I’m assuming it was because it was for a Larger project.

  My grandmother recently had a plumbing issue and from start to finish, the experience with Henry’s Service All was nothing short of excellent.I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and how not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they also took the time to truly understand our needs and provide thoughtful and personalized support. To anyone looking for dependable, top-tier service, give them a call! They’ve earned our trust, and we won’t hesitate to turn to them again in the future. Thank you all so much!
