They don't have the exact part number, but relays that I don't have spec sheets for, but the service person would guide me to an equivalent part. Instead they ask for a HVAC model number to recommend the correct part. If I am leaving the store, I am not coming back.....Went to Locke instead, but this place was closer and they had the white rodgers equivalent on the shelf
