  Very prompt and courteous service. Called on Wednesday and they were out on Thursday. In addition to annual maintenance, generator showing error code 1505 and they diagnosed and cleared the error so that unit is back in service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on a generac generator.

  Our Generac faulted on a 1902 code, after some research I found Pure Commitment Inc. Mike and his crew were able to come out and troubleshoot. After a thorough inspection and repair our generator was back inservice. Mike and his crew are certified Generac repair men, very knowledgeable and highly recommend their service.

  Mike came out quickly to start our Generac generator after initial installation. The unit needed to be rewired before it would work correctly. Mike is an expert with Generac maintenance. He is thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. We recommend him for Generac sales and service.
