Mike is an expert with Generac maintenance. He is thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. We recommend him for Generac sales and service.

Is good work cheap, is a good generator cheap, is quality cheap, is know how cheap, NO!! This machine is an investment and a tool, and Mike and his tech absolutely are the BEST at their craft. An annual contract is the way to go, Mike will keep your machine in tip top shape, keep you compliant and keep your home powered. Trust is the first thing I expect in service, I trust this team implicitly. And…he cleans the machine when he is done, excellence!!!

Greg called right back and said he would be out on Tuesday following Labor Day. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Took care of my machine like it was his own. Definitely recommend Pure Commitment.
