  Bryant and Miguel did a great job. I had a leak under my floor and they found it and had it fixed without issues. They even fixed the leak in my toilet while they were there without me having to make another appointment.

  Tony and his partner did a great job with my aunts toilet. I highly recommend, very quick appointment setup and team worked efficiently on the job.

  Two technicians showed up without the proper equipment to handle a basic drain issue. After spending an hour using a small, ineffective machine, they were unable to clear the clog. Then they tried to charge $85/hour just to go get the right tools, and quoted $190/hour to continue the job, which is unreasonable for this type of work. This should have been addressed with the proper equipment from the start. Instead, it felt like I was being charged for their lack of preparation. Not as reliable as you think.

  Worst experience ever. They carry no stock on truck for small repairs so they can say they have to go to shop and get it, then want to charge you after hours fee because it's too far and won't make it back early enough. Said they couldn't fit the new stove where the older stove was sitting and wanted to cut the cabinets. We were able to slide it into the spot in front of their face. Wanted to charge $600+ for the install of gas line and "extra work to fit the stove". We did not use them and we do not recommend them at all. They work with home depot installations, Home Depot should look for other vendors.
