Many other projects of this type provided a very low satisfaction rate based on cost, value and customer service. Mr. Woo (El Paso) was exceptional upon delivering a product customized to our situation to include 17 windows on our primary home. Mr. Woo patiently explained all aspects of the sale allowing my wife and I to digest the information effectively without pressure. After all details were complete, the price was a pleasant surprise as it was significant less than others we had priced. From that point through the entire process I was impressed with the Window World team. Communication was top notch with calls, texts and milestone updates. The construction team was amazing as the process was efficient with each person having a job and helping each other completing the job in 1 1/2 days as promised. On the second day, the main office called that the installation truck had broken down and they would not be able to complete the project that Friday. Instead, two installers came on Saturday with a rental truck on their day off and completed the remaining windows. The installation and window quality is exceptional receiving numerous compliments and providing a great upgrade including clarity, temperature reduction and overall beauty adding great curb appeal to our home. I could not be happier with this purchase and would not hesitate to use Window World on future projects or recommendations for my closest friends and family. Thank you for offering such a high quality product at a fair price with first class service.

Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
