- AKAshley KentMar 1, 20245.0I called in a last minute rental on a Friday afternoon and Clarisa was amazing in getting everything setup for delivery on Monday! We had the rental scheduled for pickup on Wednesday and when the driver got here Javier, I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He took a minute to answer my questions and tell me a little more about the company and where the rental yards are. He was super professional and friendly and was patient with us while picking up the forklift as there had been a tractor trailer blocking the entry/exit that he needed to use to leave. He never once complained about waiting a few minutes while we tracked down the drive to have them move it. If you need help with rentals United is the company to go with when they have people like Javier and Clarisa!
