  Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Selena promptly contacted me after I completed my shed proposal I completed online and answered all of my questions accurately. The large shed was completed the same day and looks great. I was very pleased with results and appreciated Adan's team for a job well done. Selena promptly followed up to verify my satisfaction. Will definitely use their services again.

  I recently purchased a shed from tuff shed because I had a good experience from them in the past. As of now and the recent shed I had built was a chore and a disappointment. The staff and management are completely clueless to the products and responsibilities in their part that it made buying a shed and chore. They gave me certain guidelines as to what I needed to do ahead of time, which I did. The size of the shed I originally ordered needed a cement base because it would be too heavy for anything else. I laid cement reinforced as they stated. Then the size was cut almost in half because they said it was city ordinance. I paid $1800 for them to get all the details and check codes before hand. Failure. Then came the permit which I was suppose to be getting a signed copy. Failure there too. The structure had to be bolted to the cement according to the inspector yet the manager told us they would take care of it. They only put in half the bolts and said half is fine. The inspector did not agree. The manger also said they would take care of it. They did not. Also the entire structure is being supported by tiny 1 x 2 shims all the way around. My question here is if the structure is so heavy it needed a cement base then why should I believe these tiny shims placed around the building holding it up is secure. The workers are about as incompetent as can be. They even put the inside flooring upside down. This whole experience has been a joke in the construction industry. If this is the kind of work they perform now then I cannot recommend them in any way shape or form. To this day we have not received our signed copy of the permit which as I said before I paid $1800 for months in advance and the manager just avoided the whole incident stating it’s fine. Without that permit it’s not fine and I don’t trust anything tuff shed or the city says about not needing a copy because it’s on file as I have seen documents lost multiple times on the past and they state it’s not their responsibility but mine. If you want a quality shed look elsewhere as tuff shed no longer stands for quality of any kind and the whole process is frustrating having to deal with incompetent management.

  I rarely give out 5 stars, however this company and their products far exceeds the rating I gave them. The sales staff, technicians and installers, are purely customer service driven and I highly recommend them when purchasing a storage shed. The shed I purchased a few years ago has held up really well and still looks new. It's difficult to find a company that backs up their products after the warranty has expired. This company stands head and shoulders above all.
