- 3L3VØ LUTiONDec 12, 20251.0Where to begin. I recently called for a quote on a back flow preventor valve for a new homestead water service installation. After getting transferred to sales the person on other line claimed to not be able to hear me on the line, out me on hold and just hung up on me. After calling back, I asked the switchboard operator if she could hear me to verify that it was clear on my end, she did. After I told her what happened and proceeded to ask for the quote, lo and behold! She hung up. If I could give this place a negative infinity star review I would. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional as it appears that they are pissy. Do not bother with this place, boycott them if need be. If they don't like their job, I suggest they find new employ. Last time I checked, THEY need us more than we need them. Take your business somewhere else, like HD SUPPLY WATERWORKS, which is where I'm headed to now. Bye Felicia.
