  My husband and I would definitely recommend a visit to Casa Carpet Tile & Flooring. The showroom is bright and displays a wide range of choices. We were served by Danny Delgado who is thoughtful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about flooring

  So I go in looking for carpet, met with Charles. Was told by him that they are the "best". I told him that I usually go to big name stores so that if I have a problem they will fix it. Looked at a few carpet samples but could not decide due to my wife not being with me. So Charles took my information so that someone would call to measure, he said that they would call me Monday or Tuesday but no one ever did. I called and he was trying to tell me that they were going to call me Thursday and that they would be there between 9am and 10am that same day! I told him that I wouldn't be available. But he insisted that he said that they probably would call me Monday or Tuesday, not that they would. Makes no sense. What business would call and set up an appointment the same day and that early! Usually one would call and ask the customer what day and time would be good, not the same day! Anyway, I just told him that I would just call back, he said " OK." And literally hung up. Didn't say that he was sorry, didn't care at all that he lost a customer for life. Do not go here, it looks like a cheap used car lot with salespeople to match. I will definitely go to a Lowes or Home Depot, even though they might be more expensive, but we'll worth the extra money to make sure if something goes wrong they will fix it and not give you excuses or ignore you. So, Thank you Charles. You and your attitude showed me that I was right in me wanting to go Lowes or Home Depot for my needs in the first place. Imagine how they would treat you if you had a problem ! Be warned. I will update you as soon as I get my new carpet installed from a reputable company. Remember, A satisfied happy customer will tell on average 5 people, an unsatisfied customer will tell everyone!

  Is has been 5 months since I have been trying to get a salesperson to attend my carpet warranty needs. We had carpet installed in our home and now Casa Carpet personnel keeps referring me to each other explaining they are to busy and will return my calls soon. I keep calling but to no avail, after 5 months my carpet warranty has not been addressed. It is disappointing to know Casa Carpet only wanted to get my order to make money and now I am to no importance. Buyer beware! if they explain to you that the carpet is under warranty, is not. SCAM
