We had carpet installed in our home and now Casa Carpet personnel keeps referring me to each other explaining they are to busy and will return my calls soon. I keep calling but to no avail, after 5 months my carpet warranty has not been addressed. It is disappointing to know Casa Carpet only wanted to get my order to make money and now I am to no importance. Buyer beware! if they explain to you that the carpet is under warranty, is not. SCAM
