He took the time to ask questions and explain the solutions. He thoroughly reviewed the cost analysis as well. Although the job took a few hours he was able to fix the issues and he also left the workspace exactly a he found it. No mess left behind for me to clean up.. again - a rarity for service calls. All in all, as a first time customer I have nothing but pride for this company and it staff. From the first call with receptionist, scheduling the appointment (which was available within a day), to Bobby, the tech who came out. Everyone associated with this company is top notch.

I Called right away and were willing to send someone over right away but didn’t want to be up so early or late. The technician, Bobby, was very informative throughout the whole process and even called to show up earlier than the notified time. Very clear and transparent throughout the whole process. I can speak very highly because he went above and beyond the “other” local company that serviced us 3 years ago.

This last time he came to replace our hot water heater and I had the pleasure of watching him work as I like to learn how to do things (I hope I didn't annoy him) and he was kind and even joked with me, which I appreciated.
