I have had no major issues but any minor warranty issues that I have had have been handled in a timely manner. Jeff was great in the sales process and Keith was a responsive builder. I love this community in the heart of Dripping Springs. Great community to raise a family in and one of the best parts is definitely the low tax rate. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales professionals in the model home, and even though they ultimately didn’t have what I was after, they made sure I had all the right information to help with my buying decision.

Katrina Hadler will just push to get a deal done within their 30 day timeline no matter your schedule or if anything with the house needs fixing. Rest assured they don’t care about you just the sale. Bill Muirhead will just regurgitate to you that the minute you sign the very first contract that you signed your life away. No morals at all. Your earnest money which is 10k way above the average amount will be gone the minute you sign anything with them no matter how many times they drop the ball. I don’t leave reviews but they’re sales team operates like corporate scam artists and will not return your earnest money no matter how many times they drop the ball. The contract was also designed with all this in mind. So no matter how many times they make mistakes you’re never getting your earnest money back. Buyer beware.
