  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with Lacie Burkdoll at Ashton Woods on several transactions, and she is truly exceptional. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Lacie again, this time wearing two hats, both as the Realtor and as the buyer. Ashton Woods builds a fantastic product, offers a strong and comprehensive warranty, and their in-house lending team made the financing process incredibly smooth. But what really sets the experience apart is Lacie. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. This purchase was especially meaningful for our family. We bought this home for my mom, and it was important to us that she was in something beautiful, clean, and safe.   I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and Ashton Woods is truly one of the best builders in the business. I purchased my home about a year ago in the Cannon Ranch subdivision of Dripping Springs, and I absolutely love it. During my first year, there were a few minor warranty items, all of which were promptly and professionally addressed by the builder. I can’t say enough good things about this team—from the very beginning. Katrina Hadler, the sales agent, was patient, honest, and instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. The builder, Allen, demonstrated that same level of patience and integrity throughout the process. When I needed assistance from the warranty department, Colby was responsive and thorough in resolving those items. If you’re looking for a home in great community, with a low tax rate in a wonderful city, built by a top-tier builder, then this is the way to go!

  I’ve had a great experience with AW. I have lived in my home for about 6 months. I have had no major issues but any minor warranty issues that I have had have been handled in a timely manner. Jeff was great in the sales process and Keith was a responsive builder. I love this community in the heart of Dripping Springs. Great community to raise a family in and one of the best parts is definitely the low tax rate. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend this builder if you’re looking in the Drippings Springs area. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales professionals in the model home, and even though they ultimately didn’t have what I was after, they made sure I had all the right information to help with my buying decision.
