  Excellent service as always. The guys at L&L did a fantastic job installing a new unit for my in laws. They were able to get it in before the cold weather hit. My in laws are loving it. Thank you for taking care of them, L & L Crew!

  Place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Will not even come close to making their appointment time. Not to mention they show up without the tools to do a job and don't come back to finish it. Spent your money elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

  Friendly workers, but not overly competant. Owners seems not overly concerned about client, and not particulary honest. Installed new ac 7/2015. 7/2017 it stops cooling good. Serviceman say compressor is bad. Lackey says $600 to replace even though it is under warranty. 4 HOT days later serviceman arrives to replace it. AC is working fine because a man from Blain AC came and added coolant. Compressor is fine. L&L serviceman says replacing is a 3hr job, he makes $14/hr. Lackey says $600 was for labor. 600 is quite a bit more than 42. Taxes i guess.
