Incredible people. Incredible customer service. Great selection of equipment. Update: I mentioned how I have rented many times and have rented over a dozen more times since my last review. I rented a small bobcat to move turf around my yard. Because of all the rain the small unit would not move in the slippery clay ground. After making a huge mess I called the store and spoke with Morgan. I told her I needed the larger unit. I brought the rented one back after a half day of use and got another unit. I picked it up at 1 and kept it till 1 the following day. Upon returning, I fully expected to pay for both machines. After all it was used. It had to be cleaned, etc. But, instead of charging me they were apologetic that it did not work. Its not WHAT you do for a living that makes you a superstar. Its HOW you do your job that differentiates you from the rest. I wish they had a place for 10 stars. They deserve it.
