- HWHenry WaltersMar 4, 20265.0My name is Henry Walters and I am the VP of the Clear Creek High School band boosters club. We annually put on an event called “Taste of Creek”. It is like an epicurean market and we have food vendors that have to have hand washing stations during our event. We had a last minute cancellation from a previous supplier and was encouraged by Innes Kelly an employee of United Rentals, to reach out to Madison at the United Rentals on 1718 W 13th St in Deer Park. Madison was so sweet and professional! She got with Marlo, her branch manager and they quickly accommodated us! They were both incredible and so helpful! When I got there I was greeted in the back by Jose and Jim along that inspected the units before loading them, made sure they had fresh soap and paper towels! Those guys were so friendly and helpful! All 4 of these employees should be commended on their professionalism, friendliness and prompt customer service! Because of them, we had our necessary stations and we will definitely be back next year to use them again! Thank you to them for being such great employees and for taking such good care of our band! The parents and the kids of Clear Creek Band appreciate them!
