  After shopping around to repair our homes foundation we settled on Allied. It wasn't the lowest price either, but they were competitive. They were professional and patient with explaining the process from the beginning. Other positive feedback from friends & family in the area didn't hurt either. We did run into a minor issue at the completion of the job (torn window screen), but they took care of us quickly. Finally, I appreciated their communication leading up to and after the job was completed.

  I was very happy to do business with Allied, I called several companies for quotes. All companies agreed on the problem and how much the foundation had dropped. Allied was less than half the cost of all competitors, offered better financing options and were transparent from beginning to end. I would not recommend any other company for foundation repair. Allied Foundation beat them all

  I was referred to Allied Foundation by my mom, who had great experiences with them on two of her properties, and now I see why she recommended them so highly. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — both before the repairs began and after everything was completed. They installed over 20 piers on my garage, and I was amazed that they were able to get it all done in a single day. Throughout the process, the crew took the time to show me the issues they encountered and walked me through the possible solutions so I always felt informed and confident in the work being done. The cleanup afterward was just as impressive. They left the area looking as if nothing had ever happened, which really speaks to their professionalism and respect for their customers’ property. Overall, Allied Foundation delivered quality work, clear communication, and a smooth experience from beginning to end. I’m grateful for the referral and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.

  People who left good reviews because they had the services with this company for the first time. I hope they will say the same thing after 7-8 years when their houses have the similar issues and they need to contact the company again. Lifetime warranty with Allied Foundation is a joke. They will keep you waiting and waiting for months, when they come to your house, they will say you need like 20 new piers, with a unreasonable price, then they will fix your current piers + high price for new piers. If you dont wanna pay, they will have a bad attitude and dont answer your phone call. Or they said they really busy and call you back, its never happens. If you think you gonna repair your house with another company, and let Allied foundation fix their current ones? they will say they can't do it. Warranty will be cancelled and you will have to pay everything from the beginning with the new company. I've checked 2 other companies, they both said I dont need new piers inside the house, just around outside, which Allied foundation had piers already, they just need to come back and redo their work. But the company refused to give me an appointment time over time. When you do business, I hope you bring your kindness and your heart to keep it running as well

  I have had foundation repair with allied for years. They gave me a lifetime guarantee . they put piers all around the entire home every few years the house settles a little from the heat of summer and cold of winter and Allied has to come out and re-level the house. They have been very good and prompt to do this and usually do a very great job but this year they only lifted one back corner of the home. The man doing the job only checked level in that one room. They did not send out the man that checks the whole home after the work to see if the whole house is level. everyone that works in leveling things knows you can not lift one corner of a house with out it effecting the other corners of the home. That is why i give it 4 stars. They have never done this kind of work before. they should send the man out that checked the home before the work was done to check the home after the work was done.
